Today is my last Thursday 6-9 class. The professor got hit by a car the other day and hasn’t been in, she’s going to Skype her way through class today and I’m excited.

They’re chocolate chunk cookies with walnuts. I gorge on them whenever my mom brings them home. I get back from the museum yesterday, and she points to a brand spankin’ new box of cookies sittin on the counter. In my head, the Obese Elyse (wow. that rhymes. story of my life) was screaming in delight. But honestly, I was too tired and cold to have any, so I just had some peppermint tea and collapsed.

Anywho, long story short, I just decided to take a snack break from the massive amounts of homework i’ve been working on all day. I go to the kitchen, open the box of cookies, take a bite, and pause. Why the pause, you ask? TOO delicious, maybe? No. I paused because it wasn’t fucking walnuts. It was peanuts.

GYPPED. In every sense of the word.

This is the guy that did my tattoo at this really neat and clean shop by my school. He was a scary dude but knew how to do his job and pushed for what he wanted. Although he was mad at me he still gave me a pretty sweet tat.

However, he got back at me by overcharging me for it and making it a little crooked. Besides that he was a good artist, made several awkward jokes, hit on my roommates, insulted me nicely (since I didn’t get his original design), and made me a happy customer.

All in all I enjoyed the experience, I will never get another but I am glad to say I got one that means a lot to me, especially through all the things I am going through. I will be seeing him again, sharing more awkward moments because he says my location for foot tattoo will most definitely lead to me having to get fill ins, with the one and only Phipps.
